Art McGann was born in Dublin in 1962.He attended DIT Bolton Street Dublin where he qualified as an Architectural Technician in 1984.He then went on to study Architecture in London's South Bank Polytechnic. In 1987 he returned to DIT Bolton Street and completed his degree in 1991.Art has worked in a variety of practices both here and in London working on a huge variety of projects both in terms of use and scale.In 2000 Art established his own practice and concentrated on domestic works, mainly extensions and one off houses. In 2003 he formed MGOS Architects with Stephen O Shea. In 2009 Art departed to set up Art Mc Gann Architects.
